Hot Info
SELLING IN TODAY'S
MARKET? According to a recent AARP
newsletter, proper pricing is a key, along with
good curb appeal. Also important: good photos of
the home and its views, to "turn lookers into
visitors." Another tip: fresh paint offers "the
best bang for the buck," especially white
ceilings to brighten up rooms. If you're
considering selling your property, please
contact me for an expert analysis of the market
and recommendations for maximizing your sale
proceeds.
